Ashlee Lusch is a Wellness Practitioner, Massage Therapist, Energy Practitioner, and Herbalist with a background as a paramedic in Western medicine. After navigating autoimmune disease, they turned to holistic healing, discovering transformative wellness practices that now shape their approach. As the founder of Ancient Roots, Ashlee blends Ayurvedic therapy, herbal medicine, energy work, and trauma-informed care to create accessible healing experiences.
Ashlee has developed a specialized protocol for neurodivergent individuals, ensuring that wellness practices, including touch therapy, are adapted to diverse sensory needs. Their expertise spans therapeutic program development, wellness education, and integrative healing, supporting personalized and inclusive wellness experiences. As a mother of a neurodivergent child, Ashlee values creating spaces where healing is intentional and empowering. With a strong foundation in both medical science and ancestral wisdom, their mission is to help others reclaim their health through integrative wellness solutions.

Meagan utilizes a range of techniques, including relaxing Swedish and targeted deep tissue massage, to enhance client well-being. Her primary objective is to restore muscle functionality and improve everyday movement. Each session is grounded in therapeutic work, aimed at helping clients move, feel, and perform optimally. She is committed to creating a personalized experience that caters to individual needs and promotes overall health. Through her approach, she strives to empower clients on their wellness journey.

Lesa teaches gentle hatha yoga classes, focusing on mindful movement and stretching, working with the breath, and practicing traditional asana with awareness, alignment, compassion, and purpose. She believes yoga is for everybody and every body; her classes include consideration of elements of yoga philosophy and how to practice yoga "off the mat." With a Ph. D. in developmental psychology and special expertise in death education and human development, Lesa plans to offer monthly workshops focused on the use of yoga poses and principles to cope with grief and loss, as well as regular offerings of classes focused on individual empowerment and healing restoration.
Joe brothers offers immersive sound bath experiences at Ancient Roots. Joe has an adult son, a puppy named Rumi, and a few chickens. Joe enjoys walks in nature, dyi projects, art, reading, pool and learning random things that he will eventually get around to doing. He found Ayurveda and Yoga 3 years ago when he also had his first sound bath experience and was hooked after that first session. He attended Sound Massage training in St. Loius at the Center of Sound. His goal is to bring the amazing avenue of relaxation and release through sound and vibration for more people to experience and benefit from as he has.
